We introduced a new wine label, “Susan Fields,” several months ago, originally for the state of Maryland. It has been a wonderful success, and we are now introducing it here at home. They are now included on our order form which is attached. Maryland has been 65% of our sales this year both for Vaquero Cellars and Susan Fields.
The harvest season is over for us. We were able to purchase some excellent varietals. This coming year we will be bottling a 2011 Pinot Noir, 2011 Chardonnay, and 2011 White Blend.
We are now in the process of bottling our 2010 Pinot Noir, 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2009 White Blend Rubeckia, and 2010 Chardonnay.
Vaquero Cellars was officially notified by the Wine Garage in Calistoga that they are including 3 of our new Susan Fields Brand Wines in their national club shipment that will go out in October. The Central Coast of California is producing some of the
finest fruit on the world market, and we only purchase
our grapes from the best respected vineyards in our
area. Our wines reflect an attentive selection of
vineyards and appellation, enabling us to showcase
authentic fruit flavors with finesse and complexity. We
are dedicated to the creation of high-end premium crafted
Our vision is beyond the marketing demands of our label, and
is to make wines that will herald a new era of quality and
excitement. Our goal is what goes into the bottle and quality
control, rather than what goes on it. Our grapes on the vine
become wine in bottles, which are then kept in a perfect cellar
environment, protecting light and movement.

"What in bag?" asked the old woman.
Mary looked down at the brown bag and said, "It's a bottle of
wine. I got it for my husband."
The Navajo woman was silent for another moment or two.
Then speaking with the quiet wisdom of an elder, she said,
